Fazeboons Barn

Conversion of a spectacular agricultural barn dating from the 16th Century to form five new 2 bedroomed holiday lets.

Now approved by SCDC, and progressing with detail drawings for construction.

  Conversion of the Grade II listed former hotel into a number of private flats.
• Mockbeggars Hall, Claydon
  Extension to form a new annexe, new swimming pool and pool building to this Grade II* listed property, in consultation with Historic England.
• Heckford Angel
  Remodelling, extension and refurbishment of a Grade II listed pub building, together with proposals for the comprehensive redevelopment of adjacent land.
• Land at Langham
  Providing feasibility proposals for development of a pair of sites for residential redevelopment, working in conjunction with Trinity Planning to have the sites considered within the emerging site allocations document.
• Honey Hill Bury St Edmunds
  Extension of a Grade II listed private residence adjacent to the Grade I listed St Mary's church, to include internal alterations and new second floor roof terrace.
• Ufford
  Design for a new modern house to replace an existing dilapidated bungalow in a semi rural location. The design has been worked up in close cooperation with the clients, and has involved a reliance on three dimensional massing models for design development.
• Woodbridge
  Complete remodelling of a 1960's bungalow, including addition of a partially cantilevered first floor living space.
• Bredfield
  Amalgamation, remodelling and extension of a pair of semi-detached properties in a modern rural interpretation.
• Aldeburgh
  A substantial extension to an early 20th Century period home overlooking the sea.
• Walsham le Willows Memorial Village Hall
  With second phase works complete, we are now designing the kitchen and bar extensions, and further internal remodelling.
• Risby Village Hall
  Option studies for thermal upgrade and renovation works.
• Woodbridge Road Surgery
  Change of use of existing surgery to form three private residences and new build detached house. Currently on site.
• Church Close, Kelsale
  New build bungalow with specialist provision for a recently disabled client.
• Tymbar Weir Farm
  Conversion of existing agricultural building under permitted development rights.
• Falkenham
  New build private dwelling, currently progressing on site, including the provision of certification for mortgage lenders.
• Claydon
  Currently progressing detailed designs for a stand alone residential annexe in a modern style, to replace a much loved brick barn
• Quay Street, Woodbridge
  5 high value flats in a new build, but traditionally styled brick building which takes it references from the town's Victorian heritage
• Field Stile Road, Southwold
  Extensions to two private residential properties
• Acanthus, Southwold
  Conversion of first floor office space to form a new flat for private rental, in conjunction with remodelling of ground floor commercial accomodation.
