Bridge Street Barn

The repair and conservation of a listed town centre barn, together with its conversion into a modest dwelling.

Now approved by MSDCC, and progressing with detail drawings for construction.

    Repair and conservation of a listed former brewery and office building to form new dwellings.
  • Walsham le Willows MVH
    Following on from previous works to this village hall, phase 2 comprises a new extension to create a new kitchen and bar.
  • St Matthews Street, Ipswich
    Formulating proposals for the provision of additional residential development on an existing 'gateway' site.
  • Linden Road, Aldeburgh (I)
    Renovation and internal re-modelling of a wonderful mid-century home.
  • Heckford Angel
    Remodelling, extension and refurbishment of a Grade II listed pub building, together with proposals for the comprehensive redevelopment of adjacent land.
  • Linden Road, Aldeburgh (II)
    Currently working on the design for a replacement private dwelling.
  • Honey Hill Bury St Edmunds
    Extension of a Grade II listed private residence adjacent to the Grade I listed St Mary's church, to include internal alterations and new second floor roof terrace.
  • Claydon Business Park
    Design for a new motor vehicle workshop. Currently out to tender.
  • Holly House
    Extensive re-modelling and extension of a large family dwelling on the outskirts of Aldeburgh town centre.
  • The Lodge
    A multi phased project to extend the existing property curtilage, remodel and extend the existing ground floor accommodation, followed by the conversion of a pair of former agricultural buildings to new dwellings.
  • Birch Farm
    Proposals for a new residential annexe for elderly family members.
  • Lower Road
    Dwelling designs and site layout proposals for a pair of new self-build dwellings for private clients.
  • Currently appointed to various residential extensions in Ipswich, Felixstowe, Aldeburgh, Needham Market, Saxmundham, Framlingham, Bury St Edmunds, Snape, Orford, Woodbridge & Wickham Market
