Forest Road, Witham
A design and build scheme for Greenfields Community Housing to provide 20 single bedroomed flats, and 11 houses of 2 and 3 bedrooms. The scheme achieves Lifetime Homes Standard and Secure By Design.
Project input has included compliance testing against client brief and specification, revisions to the approved scheme to achieve required compliance, negotiation with Planning Officers to obtain new approvals and the discharge of conditions. Moving on, I have provided construction drawings including liason across the consultant team and Building Control.
Works are currently progressing on site.
