This is a snapshot of my completed and ongoing design and build work. This includes work on educational, residential, community and industrial projects where directly employed by the contractor to assist in the delivery of the project. My role here is to check the employers requirements for consistency and for compliance with statutory regulations, including planning and building regulations, and then provide drawings and information to show compliance with the building regulations, and guide construction as part of the wider consultant team.
