Bramford Golf Centre
Provision of a new multi-purpose function room and support facilities as an extension to the existing clubhouse. The scheme also includes spacious first floor living accommodation for the proprietor which makes the most of commanding views over the golf course and surrounding lake and countryside. The building is arranged to create an enclosed south facing courtyard space at the rear of the clubhouse, and maximise passive solar gains, with first floor balconies also providing solar shading to prevent overheating in summer.
