Planning Approval Received for Woodbridge Infill Plot
Formal planning approval has been received this morning for a new dwelling on a delicate infill plot to the rear of Market Hill in Woodbridge. The site is within a conservation area and adjacent to a number of listed buildings. The new dwelling utilises separated massing of elements to create a small scale, and low key intervention which speaks to the rather additive, backlands nature of the site.
New One Off House Approved
We have recently gained formal planning approval for a new modern house in Aldringham under the East Suffolk cluster policy. The property is predominantly single storey, but includes a first floor living room with large glazed opening within a recessed light scoop overlooking fields to the rear.
Award Winner
A new house completed on Luther Road, Ipswich, for L&T Investments, has received an award from The Ipswich Society. It was described by judges as ‘charming’.

These comprise extensions, renovations and feasibility schemes for complete rebuilds.
